About the Corporate Advantage Partnership (CAP) Program

The Corporate Advantage Partnership (CAP) Program affords tuition savings programs for employers to pass along to their employees, spouses, and dependent children under age 26. The program offers savings through online and face-to-face classes at select nationwide centers.

The faculty and staff of Upper Iowa University recognize the importance of providing high-quality and dynamic courses to continue to strengthen the workforce. The CAP program is designed to create opportunities for employees to enhance their skill sets or advance their career paths.
