BIO 347 Pharmacology

This course provides an introduction to pharmacology and the therapeutic use of medications.  Topics include pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, therapeutic dosage calculation, the pathophysiology of common diseases, and the mechanisms through which major drug classes act to treat specific diseases.
