Student Center Ballrooms

Our Student Center Ballrooms offer a modern reception space that can accommodate large parties or small, intimate settings. The space can be configured for a maximum capacity of 400 including an open dance floor! The ballroom features projection capabilities, wireless microphones, and sound system. The ballroom also offers a stage, which is ideal for highlighting your wedding party. The Upper Lobby area is included in the rental of the Ballrooms and provides a fun atmosphere for your bar and hors d’oeuvres.

Grace Meyer Square

Host your outdoor wedding ceremony in Grace Meyer Square with the Peacock Water feature as a picturesque backdrop. Rental of this outdoor space includes chairs for up to 150 guests. Sound and power options available as well. The Square is adjacent to the Student Center Ballrooms described above.

Catering

ARAMARK, UIU’s partner for dining services, handles catering services for events offered at UIU’s Fayette Campus. Services for your catered reception include white linens, basic flatware and china, and cloth napkins. Bar options are also available.
