I can’t get into a database. What should I do?
- Are you using the correct username / password? Try logging into other University services.
- Try logging in with another browser, such as Firefox, Chrome or Explorer.
- Clear your browser history, cache and cookies.
- Use the link from the Library page if you are accessing from a course page, or vice-versa.
- Are you logging in from a computer with strong firewalls that could be blocking access?
