I can’t get into a database. What should I do?

  1. Are you using the correct username / password? Try logging into other University services.
  2. Try logging in with another browser, such as Firefox, Chrome or Explorer.
  3. Clear your browser history, cache and cookies.
  4. Use the link from the Library page if you are accessing from a course page, or vice-versa.
  5. Are you logging in from a computer with strong firewalls that could be blocking access?
