PMGT 320 Agile Framework and Methodologies
This course introduces Agile project management as a flexible, iterative approach to managing projects in dynamic, uncertain environments. Students will explore core Agile frameworks and principles, emphasizing adaptability, continuous improvement, and customer-centered value delivery. The course develops skills in managing evolving requirements, facilitating team collaboration, and maintaining stakeholder alignment. Through applied activities, students will learn to respond effectively to change while delivering consistent, high-quality project outcomes. This course is offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. Instruction is provided by faculty employed by partner institutions within the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education. Oversight of courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Upper Iowa University. Students register through Upper Iowa University and receive academic credit from Upper Iowa University. Rize courses may not be taken for electives.
