Thursday | August 22
- 8:30 – 11 AM | Student Move-in (Rain or shine) – Check-in at Dorman Gymnasium
- 11 AM | Campus Tour – Student Center Main Entrance
- 11 AM – 1 PM | Lunch – Student Center Servery
- 1 PM – 3 PM | Parent’s Bon Voyage (Families only) – President’s House, 308 Washington St., Fayette. Complimentary refreshments served.
- 3 PM | Residence Hall Floor Meetings* and Floor Games
- 5 – 6:30 PM | Dinner – Student Center Servery
- 6 PM | Festival – Grace Meyer Square (Rec Center rain location). Free food trucks, mechanical bull, artists, photo booth, and rock climbing
- City of Fayette Scavenger Hunt Begins – Ask your RA for details
Friday | August 23
- 7 – 10 AM | Breakfast – Student Center Servery
- 10:30 AM | Introduction to Academic Support Services* – Euphoria coffee & tea given to the first 100 students – Student Center Ballrooms
- 11 – 11:30 AM | Academic Socials* for Business, Education, Exercise Science, Liberal Arts, and Undecided, and Science Majors at various locations
- 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM | Resource Fair* – Student Center 2nd Floor. Meet with a variety of university offices and departments designed to help students thrive.
- 11:30 AM – 1 PM | Welcome Back Lunch – Meet the Student Government Association (SGA) officers and the UIU community – Student Center Servery
- 2 – 4 PM | Res Life Kickin’ in the Courts & Slip-N-Slide – Meet at the tennis courts for dodgeball, pickleball (REC Center is rain location). Treats provided
- 5 – 6:30 PM | Dinner – Student Center Servery
- 8:00 PM | Hypnotist – Student Center Ballrooms
Saturday | August 24
- 10 AM – 1 PM | Brunch – Student Center Servery
- 10 AM – 1 PM | HUB & Mailroom Open – Student Center HUB
- 11 AM – 2:30 PM | Canoe/Kayak Trip to Volga Lake – Meet at Circle Drive outside the Student Center
- 1 PM | Women’s Soccer Scrimmage – Harms Eischeid Stadium. Ice Cream provided
- 3 PM | Men’s Soccer Scrimmage – Harms Eischeid Stadium. Ice Cream provided
- 3-5 PM | More Than Books: Tournaments, DIY and Treats – In and around the Henderson-Wilder Library
- 5 PM | City of Fayette Scavenger Hunt Ends
- 5 – 6:30 PM | Dinner – Student Center Servery
- 6-10 PM | Glow-N-Dark Roller Rink & Music – REC Center
Sunday | August 25
- 10 am – 1 PM | Brunch – Student Center Servery
- 10 am – 1 PM | HUB & Mailroom Open – Student Center HUB. Get parking permits, ask questions about clubs/orgs, and getting involved at UIU
- 11 AM | Walmart® Trip – Meet at Circle Drive outside the Student Center (anticipated return by 4 pm)
- 1 PM | Rec Center Activities
- 4 PM | Last Call for Class Locations – Meet outside the Student Center. PEEPS will show you where your classes are located
- 5 – 6:30 PM | Dinner – Student Center Servery
- 5 – 8 PM | Mailroom Open
- 6:30 – 7 PM | Residence Life Meetings* – RA Panel. Meeting is required for all students living in the residence halls – Student Center Ballrooms
- 7 PM | Stock Your Dorm Bingo – Win groceries and other fun prizes for your dorm room! – Student Center
Tuesday | August 27
- 8:30 PM – Kick of the year at Pete’s Bar and Grill. Join us at 8:30 p.m. for Family Feud and free appetizers!
