As members of the UIU community, we have a shared mission to support our students and strengthen the University. The dedication, time and talent of our faculty and staff are always valued and appreciated. We are especially thankful for those who choose to pay it forward and give back to the University.

The Advancement Department is excited to announce a new Faculty & Staff Giving program as a way to thank and recognize employees who are also donors to the University. This program will help us to further develop a culture of giving among employees and hopefully instill within students an inspiration to give back someday as well.

Online gifts are always appreciated at uiu.edu/give

Frequently Asked Questions

What are my gift designation options?

Special emphasis is being given this year to raising money for the UIU Fund and also to growing the Forever UIU Fund (unrestricted endowment). Both of these designations are critical to UIU’s long-term financial success.

However, there are numerous areas of designation you can choose from including academics, athletics, scholarships, special projects and more. Visit uiu.edu/give and select the designation drop down to view all options.

Are there tax benefits of giving to UIU?

Yes! UIU is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your contribution is considered charitable. Donors will receive a gift receipt from the Alumni Office.
