PMGT 370 Full-Cycle Project Management
This capstone course provides students with the opportunity to apply project management knowledge and skills in a comprehensive, real-world project. Students will lead a project from initiation through closure, integrating concepts such as planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Emphasis is placed on professional practice, documentation, and portfolio development. The course also prepares students for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exam, supporting their readiness to enter the project management profession. This course is offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities. Instruction is provided by faculty employed by partner institutions within the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education. Oversight of courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Upper Iowa University. Students register through Upper Iowa University and receive academic credit from Upper Iowa University. Rize courses may not be taken for electives.
