PMGT 205 Predictive Project Planning

This course focuses on the critical planning phase of project management, where project success is most often determined.  Students learn to define adaptable project scopes, develop timelines using Gantt charts and critical path analysis, and construct budgets that support effective resource allocation.  Through project-based coursework, students build practical skills in creating achievable plans, preparing them to manage projects efficiently and deliver meaningful results.  This course is offered online through a consortium of accredited colleges and universities.  Instruction is provided by faculty employed by partner institutions within the consortium, with technology and administrative support provided by Rize Education.  Oversight of courses offered through the consortium are reviewed and approved by Upper Iowa University.  Students register through Upper Iowa University and receive academic credit from Upper Iowa University.  Rize courses may not be taken for electives.
