“I am extremely proud of how our students represented UIU and look forward to taking them to compete at the national leadership conference in Atlanta this June,” said Lynn Isvik, UIU Phi Beta Lambda Chapter adviser. “As they prepared for each competitive event, the chapter members are very grateful for the continuing support they receive from the Upper Iowa and Fayette communities. The students hope everyone shares in their pride and excitement.”
The 2016 National Leadership Conference will draw thousands of future business leaders to Atlanta, Ga., to compete in leadership events, share successes, and learn new ideas about shaping their careers through workshops and exhibits. Members also have the opportunity to attend the Institute for Leaders (IFL). This high-energy, intensive, two-day seminar is a focused, leadership experience for state and local chapter officers, members, and advisers.
PBL is the college division of Future Business Leaders of America, and is the oldest and largest student business organization devoted to students who are preparing for careers in business-related fields.
