Degree Completion Requirements
- 120 credits are required to earn a baccalaureate degree at UIU
- Students may be eligible to transfer up to 90 credits of lower and upper division coursework. Transcripts will be evaluated to determine the extent of credit awarded.
- There are 35 required credits in the nursing major
- Time to completion will vary by student, depending on individual progress and credits transferred

Admission Requirements
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 on 4.0 scale
- Hold an Associate Degree in Nursing
- Hold a current, unrestricted and unencumbered registered nurse (RN) license
- Complete all clinical compliance requirements as outlined in the nursing student handbook
