2020 Grand Canyon Whitewater Rafting Excursion

Are you ready for the trip of your life?

You're in luck! Upper Iowa University invites alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends of the University on the 2020 Grand Canyon Whitewater Rafting Excursion for up to 12 days in May or June.

Being in the Canyon, and on the River, we will RELAX, ENJOY, and SOAK UP THE ATMOSPHERE AND GRANDEUR of the Canyon. Within a few hours of departure, we hope that you will have forgotten even what day it is, let alone your cares back home, and concentrate on the river, on the Canyon and on our excursion through time.

Thrill-seekers will travel 188 miles on large, motorized, rubber boats and camp each night along the winding Colorado River of Arizona and the Grand Canyon corridor. The scenic view you'll experience changes with every twist and turn of the river. The outfitter provides licensed and experienced guides, life jackets, camping gear, waterproof duffel bag and amazing meals along the way. Participants enjoy relaxation, fishing, hiking, swimming and lots of free time to explore.
