SUBJECT: COVID-19 self-screening app

Fayette Campus students:

We are aware that some students are having issues with the daily COVID-19 self-screening app provided by SensorRX. These issues appear to be related to a recent update to the app. SensorRX suggested that you can try the following if your app is not working correctly:

  • Log out and log back in. This refreshes the app, so that app updates can take effect.
  • Use a different web browser to log into the app.

If you continue to have issues, try refreshing the app later today. It was also suggested that you try using a private browsing window to login today.
