Welcome! Upper Iowa University is a great place for students to live, learn and grow. Living on campus provides great advantages for you! It is a place where we encourage involvement in activities and support your academic success. Students who live on campus will have plenty of time to socialize and meet new people, too.
Research shows that students who live on campus are more likely to do better in class and persist to graduation, be more satisfied with their college experience, and more likely to participate in outside of class activities. We know that living on campus is more convenient, you are closer to classes, faculty, and the library with no fuss about monthly utility bills and cooking!
