FAYETTE, Iowa (Sept. 14, 2016) Upper Iowa University students and alumni are reminded that the Office of Career Development will host the UIU Internship and Career Fair on Wednesday, September 28. Alumni are welcome to attend as either job seekers or employers. The annual event is scheduled to be held from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Student Center ballrooms.
Students attending the event will have the opportunity to explore a variety of careers, apply for jobs and internships, and network with other business professionals. To view a list of registered employers planning to attend the 2016 Internship and Career Fair, visit uiu.edu/careerfair.

Meanwhile, students seeking assistance in creating or updating a resume in preparation for the event are reminded of the upcoming workshops on Thursdays, September 15 and September 22. Those who attend will also receive information on developing employment resources, and preparing for employment and internship opportunities. The September 15 workshop is scheduled for 4-5 p.m., while the September 22 event will be held from 7-8 p.m. Both workshops will be held in Student Center Ballroom C.
