Homecoming Parade Application
Saturday, September 29, 2012 10:30 a.m. Fayette, Iowa
Greetings from Upper Iowa University! The university would like to invite your business/organization to celebrate and participate in our 2012 Homecoming Parade. The parade will be held on Saturday, September 29th, 2012, at 10:30am. We will be asking participants to line up on Washington Street, near the west side of Garbee Hall Complex at 9:15am. At this time, we will assign numbers to each entry, and provide directions on where to line up for the parade.
This year’s homecoming theme is “Building a Future, Constructing a Memory” and prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place entries ($100, $75, and $50 respectively). With the many transformations we have had both on the Upper Iowa University campus and in the Fayette community this past year, we expect a very large number of visitors this year for our Homecoming. We hope that you’ll join us in this special celebration!
