ITAN Culture Club to host Black History Program
FAYETTE, Iowa (February 24, 2016) – ITAN (Integrating The Awesome Nations) Culture Club will welcome Waterloo Mayor Quentin Hart as its guest speaker during the organization’s annual Black History Program on the Upper Iowa University Fayette campus Monday, Feb. 29. The public event, “Society is a Mirror: How Do You See Yourself?” is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. in Student Center Ballroom A. Refreshments will be served.
The ITAN Culture Club's mission is to enrich the lives of all UIU students through minority cultural education, promotion of self-love and talent, stimulating cultural appreciation, and understanding the importance of giving back to the community.
