Upper Iowa University is pleased to partner with Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions to enhance employee performance through UIU educational opportunities. Our programs allow for both part-time and full-time employees to continue their educational endeavors through our flexible course options. Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions participants are eligible to receive a tuition grant for any course taken though the UIU online program or at a UIU educational center in the United States. This grant applies to spouses and dependent children up to age 26. The CAP program currently offers a $125 tuition grant to participants, which is based on total Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions participation each year.

Classes at UIU start six times a year, so you never need to wait long to get started. We offer 8-week sessions and one accelerated 6-week summer session each year. Shorter sessions mean students generally take fewer classes at any given time.

Benefits Available to Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions Client Participants:

  • Delayed Payment Contract – The only out-of-pocket cost your employees have is textbooks, enabling employees to start their educational requirements without a financial burden.
  • Generous Credit Transfer – At UIU, students can transfer up to 78 credits from an accredited two-year college or up to 90 credits from a four-year institution toward a bachelor’s program and up to 12 transfer credits toward a master’s degree.
