SUBJECT: Student Communication – Room and Board Refund

Dear Students,

The purpose of this email is to update you with information related to Fayette Campus room and board refunds for Session 4 (March – May 2020).

Room Refunds:  Students who do not return to Fayette campus for Session 4 will receive a refund in the amount of one-half of the Spring Semester charges.  Refunds will be posted to student accounts 45-60 days after students have notified Student Life and completed approved move out of the Residence Hall, or made arrangements for your belongings with Student Life. Students who are staying on-campus Session 4 will not receive refunds.

Board Refunds:  Students who do not return to Fayette campus for Session 4 will receive a refund in the amount of one-half of the Spring Semester charges.  As flex dollars are part of the overall meal plan, no additional flex dollar refunds will be returned to or withheld from students.  Refunds will be posted to student accounts 45-60 days after students have notified Student Life and completed approved move out of the Residence Hall, or made additional arrangements.  Students (residents and commuters) who continue to use their board plan after Spring Break week during Session 4 will not receive a refund.
