Community Education

The Manchester Center is a collaboration of entities, the City of Manchester, Northeast Iowa Community College and Upper Iowa University, with the same vision – making quality education accessible to the greater Manchester area. The Manchester Center provides services such as

  • Online credit courses for high school students and adult learners
  • Non-credit training programs for local citizens and the business community
  • Career Pathway Certificate programs
  • Adult Basic Education services
  • Distance education programs offering undergraduate and graduate degrees
  • Business and professional training programs

The Manchester facility offers a Health Lab, as well as a classroom for business and professional development trainings. Manchester Center's focus is to help students achieve their educational goals and to work with local businesses to expand, retain and grow.
