Academic, residential, and athletic facility upgrades help to attract new students to the residential campus in Fayette.
Science and Math Building
The new UIU Science and Math Building will be a specially designed, state-of-the-art facility for our students who are interested in a degree in the areas of mathematics, science, computer science, and information technology.

Suite-Style Housing [4 Units]
Suite-style student housing is what today's independent student wants. These beautifully designed buildings offer the look and feel of apartment living, with the safety and security of a campus residence hall. Students moved into the first of the new residence halls to start the fall 2010-11 academic year.
