Desk, dresser, twin extra long bed, free cable and internet, air conditioning and heating, phone jack.

Building:
Computer labs, free printing, free game room (pool, ping-pong, video arcade), coin vending , RA desk where students can borrow games, sporting equipment and more.

Optional:
Loft and microfridge rental, linen rental, renters insurance.
