- Log into myUIUClick the Facilities Management and Services tab (located on the left side of screen)
- Located in the middle of the screen under Helpful Link section: click on the link that says Click here to access the Events Scheduling Software.
- A new window will open. Click My Account and log in for returning users or create an account for new users.
- Once logged in, click on Reservations and then Request a room
- Fill in the Date, Start & End Time, Facility and Attendance, then click on the blue Find Space button
- Click on the Green plus sign button to select the appropriate space you are requesting, then hit Continue
- Fill in the dark gray tabs: Event Details, Group Details, Other Information, A/V, Equipment and Set up Notes and hit Submit
- Once submitted, you will receive a follow up email from the Events Coordinator requesting any additional information needed
