Policy Description
To maintain a consistent visitor experience while meeting accessibility guidelines across UIU’s website, certain design elements such as fonts, font size, and font colors are preset using common stylesheets (official style). The content management system (OmniUpdate) page editor has been configured to replicate the settings of the official style. Certain capabilities within the editor have been disabled to prevent deviation from the official style. Permission to use style settings differing from the official style within the OCM supplied page templates must have prior approval of the Senior Vice President for Strategic Positioning (SVPSP) & Chief Marketing Officer. Reactivation of disabled OmniUpdate editor capabilities must also have prior approval of the SVPSP.
Note: Any reactivated OmniUpdate editor capabilities will be available for all users
