UIU names new Assistant VP of Academic Extension
Upper Iowa University welcomes Dr. Donavan Outten, Ed.D., as the new assistant vice president of Academic Extension. Formerly, he was the assistant dean of undergraduate studies at Argosy University Online. He comes to Upper Iowa with experience in academic and business operations with all levels of leadership to drive business and performance results. Outten starts his UIU position on August 6.
