FAYETTE, IOWA (July 12, 2007) – Paul Dorman has joined Upper Iowa University (UIU) as the new residence area coordinator. Dorman’s responsibilities will include the supervision and administration of the intramural program activities, as well as counseling, advising and other duties directly related to UIU student residence life.

As a student, he served as both senior resident advisor and assistant director of intramural sports. Dorman has worked for UMC for the past several years as an admissions counselor, where he has also been involved in various student-oriented programs such as Habitat for Humanity, Relay for Life, and Alternative Spring Break.
Louise Scott, dean of student services at Upper Iowa, said Dorman will be a valuable addition to our university. “Mr. Dorman brings a depth of experience, as well as the skills necessary to run an Intramural program,” she said. “His experience is an exact match for the position.”
