UIU students featured in art exhibit March 31-April 8
FAYETTE, Iowa (March 28, 2011) — Upper Iowa University will feature student-created art works in its new exhibit at the Bing-Davis Memorial Gallery in the Edgar Fine Arts building on campus.
The Spring Salon opens Thursday, March 31, with a reception from 3:30 to 5 p.m. The show, which features works created in a variety of media, continues through April 8.
Students featured are Miranda Allspach, Daphne Barnes, Kurt Bearinger, Nikki Boggs, Scott Buchheit, Crystal Busch, Cassandra Dieters, Marco Garcia, Karissa Hodges, Deratra Hutton, Jessica Farrell, Theresa Kleve, Akari Kusonoki, Justin, Kuylen, Dylan Langerman, Nick Lepperd, Maria Linhart, Ari Lkhaguasuren, Jason Lyman, Carlton McGraw, Jake Nelson, Andrew Niebuhr, Lacey Norton, Remi Oda, Rebecca Orth, Cassie Pitzen, Troy Parker, Janelle Pearson, Brittany Schlake, Jenna Smith, Billie Turshinbileg, Harold Waterman, and Tremane Wren.
The Bing- Davis Memorial Gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
