Upper Iowa University (UIU) will host the Iowa Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC) College Fair Monday, Sept. 14. The event will be held from 9-10:30 a.m. at the recreation center on the Fayette campus. Representatives from over 60 Midwest colleges and universities are expected to be in attendance to speak with high school juniors and seniors from area schools. Approximately 350 students attended last year’s IACAC College Fair.
"The Upper Iowa Office of Admissions is excited to once again be hosting the IACAC College Fair," said Katie Ashcraft, UIU interim director of admissions. "The annual event not only provides area high school juniors and seniors with the opportunity to personally visit with university officials, but it also draws students one step closer to furthering their educational goals. Upper Iowa University is proud to host this highly popular college fair and helping to provide a link to the participating students’ future.”
Tours of the UIU-Fayette Campus will be provided immediately following the event.
