Scott Community College students find it easier to transfer to Upper Iowa University to complete a four-year's bachelor's degree thanks to an agreement between UIU and the Eastern Iowa Community College District (EICCD). The EICCD includes Clinton Community College, Muscatine Community College, and Scott Community College.
