International Scholars Program
The Office of International Programs (IP) provides for the needs and interests of Upper Iowa University’s international community. IP provides support services for the faculty exchange program and international scholars at Upper Iowa University (UIU). Every year, multiple professors from our domestic campus & centers serve as visiting faculty at our international locations. In addition, professors from our international locations and abroad come teach and lecture at our Fayette campus. We serve visiting faculty in the following areas:
Address and advise on a variety of topics including immigration regulations, adjustment to US culture, academic concerns and resources - Assist with the visa process
- Determine when, where and what area of study would receive the greatest benefit an from international scholar
- Arrange accommodations, meals and transportation
This is all aligned with our strategic plan to create global citizens at Upper Iowa University.

Office Location
Our offices are located on the Third Floor of the Professional Building, on the corner of Clark and Washington. Office hours are from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
