PAYMENT AT UIU 

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

 Effective Immediately – classes must be paid for prior to OR during the first week of the term.  If payment is not made during the first week, you will be contacted and this may result in you being administratively withdrawn from the class.  Generally this does not apply to those on Financial Aid.  See note* below.  Upper Iowa accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards and MC and Visa debit cards.  Personal checks are always welcome.   We cannot accept cash payments.

 *Employer Reimbursement: Students with this payment procedure in place, must pay during the first week of the term.  UIU will no longer ‘wait’ for the employer to reimburse the student.

 *NOTE: Typically, those on financial aid do not need to worry about payment up-front. 

• If you have not received an award letter, you will need to pay $122/class before the first day of class.
• If the SAR is not in place, 100% of tuition is due at registration or before the first day of class.
•  It would require your immediate attention.  Check with the office.

Please stop in if you have any concerns or wish to pay off your balance.  PAYMENT PLANS are no longer an option.  Account balances are not allowed to continue to accumulate beyond $3900.  Registration would be blocked until you have a zero balance.
