Upper Iowa University is led by Dr. William R. Duffy II, who became president of Upper Iowa University in April 2013.
The president's office guides the strategic direction of the University, and the president's direct reports administer the staff in pursuit of the University's goals and objectives. This website contains details about the currently ongoing refreshments of the UIU Strategic Plan and many of the University's ongoing initiatives.
